The best place to start is with the ordering process. It was painless and without any problems – from booking individual additional elements to the purchase itself. It's definitely not a bad idea to take a screenshot (or something similar) of the order so that you know exactly what you've ordered (this is also pointed out in the FAQ or the video for the ordering process).
Then you have to wait. Exactly as described, the waiting time was approx. 7 weeks until the doll was ready for dispatch. You then have the option of choosing premium shipping for a fee, which significantly shortens the shipping time.
The package arrived in less than 3 weeks. Unfortunately, I was in for a bit of a shock. Unfortunately, a few "dents" had appeared during transportation. There were also some stains and the neck was tilted to one side.
However, the service team (aka Alice) reacted immediately and addressed each of my individual points. Thanks to her many tips and explanations, I was able to sort everything out. The stains were removed with the first shower – I used a very soft bath sponge with antibacterial soap. The neck could be straightened again by putting the head on and carefully straightening it. As the material is flexible, most of the dents have virtually disappeared and are barely visible.
All in all, I am satisfied with how it went. Of course I was shocked when I first opened the package, but thanks to the quick help from Alice, everything was straightened out – in the truest sense of the word.
I would rate MRD's service at 6/5. Simply because the communication and commitment are very satisfactory. Questions are answered within 24 hours; they also give a very serious and professional impression.
I would rate the ElseBabe brand itself 4/5. The order was definitely complete, but I think the inside of the packaging could be improved to prevent such "defects".
All in all, I give it 4.5/5. The first impression was not so good (because of the "flaws"), but all in all it worked out well.

Phenomenal quality doll. The detail, feel, and realistic proportions on this model are beyond what I expected. Alice was also exceptionally helpful with any concerns and questions I had.

I have to say, Elsa Babe has such a massive variety of attractive heads that it literally takes me several sleepless nights to pick one for my order. They are all so good. I'm very glad I went with this 148cm TPE body with a head of choice - Kira Yumiko instead of the default Yokotani Yukiko. Not only was I absolutely blown away by the incredible realistic body painting and articulated fingers, but I was absolutely obsessed with her from head to toe the instant I unboxed her. Needless to say, I've examined her thoroughly, tested all that she has to offer in depth, and took many incredible photos of her in various sexy cosplay outfits. I cannot wait to collect more Elsa Babe heads to fit on this doll's incredible sexy and fun body. This was one of the best purchases I've made. I previously owned a 125cm Elsa Babe model in full silicone, however this TPE body brings pleasure that the silicone model could never ever do. It is way closer to the real deal than what silicone offers.
Quick shout out to My Robot Doll for being an absolutely incredible vendor and addressing all my worries, concerns, wants and needs for this order with pristine service. I can't imagine a better vendor. This isn't even their final form!

My Robot Doll's Alice was who took care of me during my ordering process; an incredibly knowledgeable agent and easy to understand answers were provided every step of the way! I bought a custom Aotume doll who required customized make-up and some other extra customization that varied from the norm of these dolls. Despite me owing these dolls since two years ago, I have never gone through a vendor and ordered directly from manufacturers if they allow it but I don't recommend this to anyone, as I have had numerous issues (such as articulated fingers being missing from the doll after it arrived despite asking for them AND being charged for them).
Ordering through MRD was a hassle free experience and I legitimately felt taken care of in my big purchase. The payment was easy to make via bank transfer from here in the USA. Alice made sure all my information regarding the complex order was delivered fast and correctly to Aotume. All inquiries were promptly answered, as well. My doll turned out absolutely wonderful and he arrived with EVERYTHING I asked for. There were no mistakes and no damage to him, either. He arrived extremely fast from China to my house in three days.

I wasn’t sure what to expect when buying from myrobotdoll, but I took a leap of faith and I was able to get the Doll I wanted in a couple months. Alice had help me throughout the whole process with fast communication within 12-24 hours, this really helped dampen my anxieties of not getting the Doll, Alice was very professional and polite even when I was growing antsy in anticipation for the delivery date. I will be buying another doll in the future.
I am delighted with this Fantasy Figure Nicole doll. She is about 60cm tall, is superbly painted, easy to pose, and even has an available travel bag. Her fingers are individually moveable and have exquisite detail. Her feet are also quite attractive. The paint job is amazing, with delicate freckles and very realistic veining. I have found 1/3 BJD wigs and clothes fit her well. So getting additional outfits for her should be relatively easy. Her hips are a bit wider so some tight-fitting outfits might not fit as well. The combination of these features makes her ideal for photography and as a travel companion. I can't wait to have many adventures and road trips with her in the future.
As always the MRD staff was extremely helpful with the purchasing process and kept me well informed about the progress along the way. I highly recommend them for both new doll owners and long-time collectors.
